Privacy Policy

1. The Short Version

Bankroll Network is a decentralized, non-custodial protocol. We have no accounts, no sign-ups, no passwords, and no user database. We do not ask for your name, email address, or any other personal information, and we never receive your private keys. What we do collect is limited to anonymized website analytics, described below.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect or store: names, email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, government identifiers, payment details, private keys, or seed phrases. We do not create profiles of users, and we do not sell or rent data to anyone.

3. Blockchain Data

Interacting with the protocol means transacting on public blockchains — Ethereum, and TRON for the archived legacy contracts. Your wallet address, balances, and transaction history are inherently public, permanent, and outside our control. Anyone can read them, and neither we nor you can delete or alter them. If you connect a wallet, the interface reads its public address and balances in order to display them to you.

4. Analytics and Cookies

Our websites use Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage — page views, referrers, approximate region, browser and device type. This data is anonymized and used only to improve the site. Google may set cookies to do this; you can block them in your browser or with an extension, and the site will continue to work. See Google’s privacy policy for how they handle it.

Some interface preferences — such as your selected tab, slippage tolerance, and opt-in settings — are stored in your browser’s local storage. They stay on your device, are never transmitted to us, and are cleared when you clear your browser data.

5. Third-Party Services

Using the interfaces necessarily involves third parties, each with its own privacy practices:

• Wallet providers (MetaMask, Rabby, TronLink and similar) — they mediate your connection and see the requests you approve.
• Blockchain RPC endpoints (public Ethereum and TRON nodes) — reading chain data and broadcasting transactions exposes your IP address and the requests you make to the node operator.
• Price sources used for display-only conversions.
• Block explorers you may follow links to.
• Hosting providers serving these pages, which keep standard server logs.

We do not control these services and are not responsible for their handling of data. Review their policies if that matters to you. Using a VPN or your own RPC endpoint reduces what node operators can observe.

6. Data Security

Because we hold no personal data and no custody of funds, there is no account for an attacker to compromise on our side. Your security depends on your own wallet, device, and key management. We will never ask for your private keys or seed phrase.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

8. Your Rights

Where privacy laws such as the GDPR or CCPA grant you rights over personal data, those rights apply to data a party actually holds. We hold no personal data about you, so there is nothing for us to export, correct, or erase. We cannot delete or modify blockchain records — no one can — and we cannot act on your behalf with third-party wallet providers or node operators.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance.
